The Lodge
The Lodge is the heart of Silver Sox Ranch. At its center sits the Dining room with crackling fireplace which serves as a welcoming space for gathering, sharing meals and thoughtful conversation. Inside are two private guest suites; the Silver Suite and the Sox Suite, each with its own bathroom, homemade breakfast included. Morning light spills onto the expansive veranda, offering views of the blooming gardens and the gentle mountain mist. The Lodge's rustic craftsmanship tells a story of heritage and warmth.
Linking the Lodge and the Suites, the Atrium is one of the Ranch’s central gathering places. Here, you'll find a cozy fireplace and deck layered with rugs and comfortable seating. Inside, a lounge-style living area with gas heaters welcomes guests year-round. A full kitchen with churrasqueira and grand working island opens onto an attached uncovered deck beneath the open sky.
The Atrium
The European Gardens
The perfect setting for quiet moments or to gather and celebrate, the European Gardens are framed by two trellises draped in climbing roses and planted succulents. Steppingstones lead through flower patches, succulent beds, a rose garden, lemon trees, garden furniture, and sculptural details—including the Ranch’s Aphrodite statue, a symbol of love and gathering.
The Greenhouse
The Greenhouse is the Ranch’s living source of renewal. Here, vegetables, fruit, and young plant buds are cultivated for future planting throughout the property—an ever-growing reflection of the ranch’s connection to the land.
The Apothecary
Rooted in the seasonal rhythms of the Ranch, The Apothecary offers a curated collection of handcrafted remedies and self-care products. Dried herbs, medicinal plants, and healing botanicals are thoughtfully prepared by the on-site apothecarist—an inviting first glimpse into the Ranch’s connection to wellness, nature, and old-world remedies.
The Horta
The Horta is where the Ranch sustains seasonal vegetables, fruit, and culinary herbs that define our mountain flavors. Nourished by compost from the property, this working garden is also a place of experimentation, where new varieties are tested and cultivated to thrive in the local climate.

A walking trail leads to the back of our property, where the land opens into one of the ranch's quietest corners. It’s the perfect place to see the stars, look at constellations, or just enjoy the quiet.
