About Our Name
Drawn to the rolling green hills and beautiful mountain landscapes of Santa Catarina, our team fell in love with the region’s topography, the charm of Rancho Queimado and the warmth of its people. When we discovered this historic estate, we knew it was a place worth restoring. Living on the land at the time were Silver, the horse, and Sox, the dog. Already part of the estate’s story, together they inspired the name Silver Sox Ranch.
